These Terms and Conditions govern your application to and participation in Wealth Beyond Boundaries (the “Retreat”), organised by Wealth Accelerator Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting an application or paying the retreat fee, you agree to these terms. (Draft — please have this reviewed by your legal advisor before publishing.)

1. The Retreat

Wealth Beyond Boundaries is a 4-day educational retreat held in Pattaya, Thailand from 18th to 21st November 2026, hosted by Sandeep Gupta. Participation is application-based and strictly limited to 30 confirmed participants.

2. Application and Confirmation

Submitting the application form does not guarantee a seat. Our team reviews every application and may contact you to understand your goals before confirming. A seat is confirmed only upon receipt of payment as communicated by our team.

3. Fees and Inclusions

The participation fee depends on when you book: ₹65,000 + GST (₹76,700) as Super Early Bird until 31 August 2026, ₹75,000 + GST (₹88,500) until 30 September 2026, and ₹85,000 + GST (₹1,00,300) until 31 October 2026. The fee covers beachfront accommodation in Pattaya, all meals during the retreat, all sessions and guided content shoots, VIP transfers and curated outings, the travel guide, 30 days of post-retreat Q&A support, and access to the retreat community group. Flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included and remain your responsibility.

4. Educational Nature — No Investment Advice

All sessions are educational in nature. Nothing shared at the retreat, on this website, or in related communication constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of returns. Please consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making investment decisions.

5. Travel and Documentation

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining the appropriate Thai visa or entry permission, and arranging your own travel to and from Pattaya. We provide a travel guide and reasonable assistance, but we are not liable for visa rejections, missed flights, or travel disruptions.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other participants, the host, and resort staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the retreat, without refund.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Accelerator Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation, travel, or any financial decision you make. Your participation in outings, shoots, and activities is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All retreat materials, frameworks, recordings, and documents remain the intellectual property of Wealth Accelerator Hub and are provided for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared, or resold.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your payment applies to your booking.
