Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all confirmed seats for Wealth Beyond Boundaries, 18th–21st November 2026, Pattaya. (Draft — please have this reviewed by your legal advisor before publishing.)

1. Non-Refundable Fee

Given the intentionally small batch size (30 seats) and advance resort and logistics bookings, the retreat fee (₹65,000–₹85,000 + GST depending on your booking tier) is non-refundable once paid.

2. Seat Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your seat is transferable to another person, subject to our application review of the transferee, up to 31 October 2026 (placeholder date — confirm the final deadline). Transfer requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp to Ritesh at 84237 46910.

3. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled or rescheduled by Wealth Accelerator Hub, you will be offered a full refund of the retreat fee or a transfer to the rescheduled dates, at your choice. We are not responsible for flight, visa, or other personal costs you may have incurred.

4. No-Show

If you do not attend the retreat and have not arranged a transfer by the deadline, the fee is forfeited in full.

5. Force Majeure

If the retreat cannot proceed due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, travel restrictions, government orders), we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling or credit toward a future programme.
